Bed & Breakfast Plus

B&B Plus is easy to find once you get to Moretonhampstead and the best way to travel and see the most of Dartmoor is by car.

The town itself is situated 13 miles west of Exeter (airport 15 miles) and roughly 7 miles from the A30 at Whiddon Down.  The best way from Exeter and the M5 is along the B3212 or the A30 which is a slghtly greater distance but arguably quicker as the road is faster. 

Trains to and from Exeter and Newton Abbot are regular and fast from major centres but please check your timings carefully if you are planning to travel by public transport as local buses  (No. 359 from Exeter bus station to Moreton) are reliable but not frequent. And please note there are no buses in or out of Moretonhampstead on a Sunday, but do ask B&B Plus about a taxi if Sunday travel is unavoidable.

You will find B&B Plus/ Pound Street in the centre of town opposite the Co-op store and full details will be sent at time of booking.  There is a double yellow line in front of the house but you can pull in to unload luggage in front of the house next door, for a few minutes, or there are two public car parks in the town which charge from 9am to 6pm but are free from October to Easter.
